50 I/I MAGAZINE - 2019 M olly Agee, Team USPA member and winner of the 2017 PTF's Girls' Interscholastic Player of the Year award, is passionate about the game of polo and is now bringing the fun and energy of competitive play to fellow college students like herself. In the world of academia, students don't always have the chance to experience true team comradery and lasting friendships outside of the classroom; a polo opportunity! After closing out her interscholastic career with Lakeside Polo Club, Molly began to explore the idea of a women's intercollegiate team representing Point Loma Nazarene University. With USPA and University approval, Molly has started creating the first intercollegiate team at Lakeside Polo Club. This inaugural team brings together both new and seasoned players, experienced horseback riders, and those brand new to equine sports. With diverse backgrounds, these ladies represent the only ladies intercollegiate polo team currently active in San Diego County. Lakeside Polo Club is thrilled to introduce our newest team and we're very excited to cheer them on in 2019 as they face seasoned teams in the Western Region and beyond.
